I have been meaning to try tapping! Do you mostly use the app, or is it something you can easily integrate into your day once you understand the basics?

Thanks Laura! I use the app, but I think once you understand the technique you could create your own scripts. Also it doesn't take ten minutes a day — even on the app there are some two-minute sessions.
